14th Jul '09 - Desmond and Jerry Rawi came back and Rawi added "my former colleague, Mohd. Fairoz, bought his lucky clover about 4 years ago. We went with a group for a conference in Bali. Fairoz was wearing his lucky clover and strangely could not wake up in time for his dinner appointment. We decided to cancel the reservation at the restaurant at Kuta beach and chose instead to wait for Fairoz. Fortunately, we were not at the restaurant. A bomb exploded and several people were killed and injured. We were indeed blessed with the lucky clover which protected us. I also experienced good career stability with my lucky clover." Desmond added "everything is smooth with me too!"
Note: Fairoz did came back to the shop in 2005 to report the above incident. He was trembling all over when he related the experience to me. Fairoz reported "it is indeed a blessing that the lucky clover, which I just bought protected me and my group from a near death experience. I always set my alarm clock and would not have any problem waking up. This time, somehow, I only woke up from my nap half an hour later, despite setting my alarm clock. Luckily my friends decided to cancel the dinner booking at the Kuta restaurant and waited for me. We ate in the hotel instead."
